This year, we are proud to offer a specially adapted Sensory Experience at Elf Town, opening on Saturday the 28th of November at 9:00am.
Created with care, understanding, and inclusivity at its heart, this experience is designed for children who may benefit from a more relaxed, gentle environment — while still enjoying all the magic Elf Town has to offer.
During our sensory sessions, the entire experience is thoughtfully adjusted to ensure a calm and enjoyable visit:
No queues – a smooth, guided journey from start to finish
Reduced noise levels – no loud sounds or sudden audio
No flashing or strobe lighting
Simplified storytelling – minimal scripting for a more natural flow
Flexible pacing – families can move through the experience at their own comfort level
Every element is carefully considered to create a space where children can feel safe, comfortable, and fully immersed in the magic of Elf Town.
What to Expect
Your visit will follow the same magical journey as the full Elf Town experience — including your private family meeting with Santa — but delivered in a quieter, more relaxed format.
Our team of specially briefed elves will be on hand throughout to support your family, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and pressure-free experience.
