Payment Plan & Optional Cancellation Insurance Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing to visit Elf Town 2026.

The below terms and conditions are applicable to our ‘Pay Later’ option when
purchasing tickets for 2026.

1. Who can use the ‘Pay Later’ option?

With the ‘Pay Later’ payment option, you can split the cost of your tickets into up to eight equal instalments. The duration of the agreement and the number of instalments that the total is divided into is at the discretion of Elf Town Management and may change throughout the course of 2026. Once you have selected the ‘Pay Later’ option and paid your initial instalment, the number of instalments agreed will not be changed.

2. How do I use the ‘Pay Later’ payment method?

At checkout, you’ll have the option to select ‘Pay Later’. If you choose this option, a 10% interest fee will be applied at the time of booking and included in the total cost, which will be divided into equal monthly instalments. Please note that your card issuer or bank may apply additional fees or interest in accordance with their own terms. Elf Town is not responsible for these charges. Any currency conversion will also be processed by your card issuer and is subject to their applicable rates and policies.

3. When will Stripe take my payments?

The ‘Pay Later’ payment method is processed by Stripe and is subject to Stripe’s terms and conditions.

Your first payment is required at the time of booking. The second payment will be automatically charged 30 days later, with any remaining instalments continuing at 30-day intervals thereafter. Payment dates are calculated based on the date and time your order is confirmed — that is, when you receive your Elf Town booking confirmation email.

4. Missed or Failed Payments?

If a scheduled payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry the payment after a short period. Continued failure to pay may result in your booking being cancelled and your tickets released for resale. Elf Town reserves the right to retain administration fees associated with managing the payment plan if you default on your payments. For cancellations made after September 1st, the cost of any personalised invitation package will also be deducted from the value of the refund or credit voucher.

WARNING: If you do not make your repayments we will, as a last resort, be forced to terminate your payment plan, cancel your tickets to Elf Town, and issue you with a credit voucher to the value of the payment which had been made up to the date of cancellation less any associated applicable fees (i.e. cancellation insurance, payment plan administration fees, invitation package).

5. Optional Cancellation Insurance

Optional Cancellation Insurance can be added to any Elf Town booking at a cost of €5.95 per booking. This insurance allows you to cancel your booking and receive a refund of your ticket cost, excluding booking fees, the cancellation insurance fee itself, any associated payment plan fees and other add ons such as personalised invitations. You may cancel up to 48 hours before your visit to receive a refund. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled visit, you will be eligible for an Elf Town credit voucher instead.

6. What happens if I cancel my order?

Your cancellation is subject to the Elf Town’s cancellation policy:

  • If you purchased ticket cancellation insurance at the time of booking, you may cancel your tickets up to 48 hours before your scheduled visit and receive a refund of all payments made, less the cost of the cancellation insurance and booking fees. Cancellations within 48 hours of your visit will be eligible for a credit voucher for the amount paid, less the cost of cancellation insurance.
  • If you used the payment plan and purchased cancellation insurance at the time of booking, you may cancel up to 48 hours before your visit and receive a refund of all payments made to date, less the cancellation insurance, booking fees, and payment plan administration fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of your visit will be eligible for a credit voucher for the amount paid to date, less the cancellation insurance and payment plan administration fee.
  • If you used the payment plan but did not purchase cancellation insurance at the time of booking,  you will receive a credit voucher for the total amount paid to date, less the payment plan administration fee.
  • If you did not use the payment plan and did not purchase cancellation insurance, you will receive a credit voucher for the full amount paid.

For any cancellations made after September 1st, 2026, the cost of the optional personalised invitation package will also be deducted from any refunds or credit vouchers issued.
