Visit Jack Frosts Home Made of Real Ice!
Step inside Jack Frost’s icy home, a breathtaking space carved entirely from real ice. From shimmering walls to frosted details, the chill in the air makes the magic feel unmistakably real, offering a moment of wonder as families explore a frozen world shaped by winter itself.
Write your letter with Postie the Elf
Families will journey together to the Elf Town Post Office, where the excitement truly begins. Here, children are invited to write their very own letter to Santa, guided by Postie the Elf, who helps ensure every word is filled with Christmas magic. Once complete, each letter is carefully collected and prepared for its special delivery to the North Pole, making every child feel part of something truly magical.
Meet Santas Real Reindeer - Comet and Cupid!
As part of the Elf Town journey, families will visit the Elf Town Stables, where they’ll be introduced to Santa’s real reindeer, Comet and Cupid. Here, children and adults alike will learn all about the care, training, and dedication that goes into looking after these magical animals, guided by none other than Reggie the Reindeer Keeper, who proudly shares the secrets of life at the stables and what it takes to help the reindeer prepare for Christmas Eve.
Decorate Cookies with Mrs Claus and the Elves!
Children will follow the delicious scent of freshly baked gingerbread straight to Mrs Claus’ Kitchen, where the magic continues. With the help of the Bakery Team, each child will decorate their very own Christmas cookie, adding the perfect festive finishing touches.
Enjoy Your Private Family Visit with Santa!
At Elf Town, families will enjoy a truly special moment with a private visit to see Santa himself. In this magical encounter, Santa knows a little secret about each of our Small Elves in training, a detail that never fails to leave children wide-eyed with wonder and belief. It’s a calm, personal experience designed to create a moment of pure magic that families will treasure long after their journey through Elf Town comes to an end.
Help Elf Volt Restore Christmas Magic!
Both Small Elves and Big Elves in training must join forces with Elf Volt in a thrilling attempt to secure the magic of Christmas and bring Elf Town back to life. At the very heart of it all lies Mission Control, the epicentre of Christmas magic, where teamwork, energy, and a little festive courage are needed to power the magic that keeps Elf Town shining. Together, families play a vital role in restoring the Christmas spirit and ensuring the magic lives on.

Once confirmed as an Honorary Elf on the all-important Nice List, children will be proudly presented with the Elf Town Golden Coin. This special token can then be brought to the Elf Town Toy Shop, a magical space stacked floor to ceiling with treasures for all ages, where each child can choose a gift to remember their journey through Elf Town and their official place in Santa’s world.

Throughout their journey, families will encounter an abundance of Elves and be invited to take part in a wide variety of festive activities.
