Payment Plan & Optional Cancellation Insurance Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing to visit Elf Town 2025.

The below terms and conditions are applicable to our ‘Pay Later’ option when purchasing tickets for 2025.

1. Who can use the ‘Pay Later’ option?

You must be over 18 years old and have a valid payment card to use the ‘Pay Later’. When we say ‘valid payment card’, we mean the card must be in your name, and must not have expired. You should also make sure the card you use has enough money available to cover all the instalments.

2. How do I use the ‘Pay Later’ payment method?
With the Pay Later payment option, you can choose to split the cost of your tickets between up to 5 equal instalments. The duration of the Pay Later agreement and the number of instalments that the total is to be divided between as at the discretion of Elf Town Management and may change throughout the course of 2025. Once you have selected the Pay Later option and paid your initial instalment, the number of instalments agreed upon will not be changed.

At checkout, you’ll see an option to ‘Pay Later’. When you choose this option, enter your card details to complete your purchase. An interest fee of 10% will be applied at the time of booking and will be included in the total monthly instalments which are divided into equal payments. The issuer of your card or your bank may charge interest or fees under your agreement with them. If you have any questions about those charges, contact your card issuer. Any currency conversion process applied when making a purchase will be conducted by the your issuing bank and is subject to the issuing bank’s terms and conditions.

3. When will Stripe take my payments?
The ‘Pay Later’ payment method will be operated by Stripe and will be subject to their terms and conditions. At the point of purchase we will require your first payment, the second payment will be taken 30 days after the first payment. The day and time when a payment falls due are calculated based on the date and time of the day the merchant confirms your order (when you receive a confirmation email from Elf Town).

WARNING: if you do not make your repayments we will, as a last resort, be forced to cancel your payment plan, cancel your tickets to Elf Town, and issue you a voucher to the value of the payment which had been made up to the date of cancellation.

8. What happens if I cancel my order?
Your cancellation is subject to the Elf Town’s cancellation policy, if you have added our ticket insurance option at the time of purchase (additional fee of €5.95) , you can cancel your tickets up to 48 hours before your time of purchase and receive a full refund. If you have not selected our ticket insurance option, we will not be offering a refund but rather we can offer you the value of your booking in voucher form which can be redeemed for current or future Elf Town events.

9. Optional Cancellation Insurance
Optional Cancellation Insurance can be added to any Elf Town booking at a cost of €5.95 per booking. Adding this insurance to your booking allows you to cancel your booking and receive a refund of the cost of the tickets and booking fees (other add ons such as personalised invitations and the cost of the optional cancellation itself are non refundable). You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your visit time.

By clicking ‘Confirm Booking & Pay’ you agree to the following Elf Town Experience T&Cs Elf Town 2025.

By purchasing tickets for Elf Town, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions:

  • Buggies / prams must be left in your car or the pram park provided. Prams allowed only in exceptional circumstances, (we will ensure that there is adequate seating in all areas for parents with babies and baby changing facilities are provided also).
  • All areas in Elf Town are accessible to those using wheelchairs etc. However, there may be alternative routes to accommodate this and from time to time you will need to use lifts as your group may use stairs or the escalators.
  • Once a ticket has been purchased, the booking is non-refundable unless government restrictions forbid us from opening.
  • In the event that you cannot travel or attend for any other reason including sickness, adverse weather etc we would offer you a free date/time change to attend at another time or a voucher for the full price of your ticket that can be used at any future Elf Town event.
  • The timing and sequence of the activities that make up the Experience is at the sole discretion of our management.
  • We may from time to time have to remove or make unavailable certain attractions within the experience. We will only do this if there is a health and safety risk at that time.
  • No alcohol whatsoever can be brought in from outside.
  • Our tickets are sold on the following basis: Children up to under 13 months (Baby), from 13 months to 12 years (Child), from 12 years, Adults or Carers (Adult).
  • There must be at least one adult and one child in each booking unless an adult is accompanying another adult who may have specific needs/learning difficulties.
  • We will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings while you are visiting Elf Town.
  • Parents must supervise their children at all times and we will not be responsible for any injury/s or loss sustained while at Elf Town. It is imperative that parents supervise their children at all times.
  • All prices are quoted in euro & tickets must be used on the date and time purchased for unless written consent is given from the organisers.
  • Tickets are not transferable or to be used for re-sale without the organiser’s permission.
  • Tickets are not allowed to be used for competitions without consent from the organisers.
  • Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry.
  • All persons entering Elf Town must pay for admission including babies as they occupy a ticket space. Babies will also receive a present from Santa.
  • Tickets must be retained at all times and submitted for inspection if required by an employee.
  • No smoking or vaping is permitted whatsoever, anywhere in Elf Town.
  • Photographs may be taken anywhere in Elf Town. All images and videos must be for non-commercial use only, although professional photos are available, at an additional cost.
  • We do not supervise the taking of photography/recordings by other
    customers at Elf Town and so we cannot be responsible if you or any of your party (including any Child or Infant) is featured in any other visitor’s photograph or recording which is subsequently published or distributed in any form.
  • You should be aware that we do take photos and make video recordings while you are in the Experience. We sometimes use certain images for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded or filmed, please make this known to staff at the location on arrival.
  • Pets or animals of any kind are prohibited, with the exception of service animals.
  • Only food and beverages purchased from Elf Town may be consumed here.
  • Elf Town reserves the right to change , modify or cancel events. In this situation a refund or new booking will be offered.
  • We will have no liability whatsoever as a result of changing, postponing, or cancelling the Experience including any personal arrangements or expenditure (including travel, accommodation, hospitality or other costs or expenses), loss of enjoyment, disappointment, emotional distress or any indirect or consequential loss, whether incurred by you or another of your party.
  • We would always want your experience to be a happy and memorable one for you and your companions for all the right reasons, however we cannot be liable for distress caused by circumstances beyond our control. For example, the weather or any part of the experience being
    closed due to circumstances beyond our control. etc,
  • We cannot take responsibility for emotional distress or disappointment caused by the role playing of characters for any reason as a result of visiting the Experience).
  • As part of the experience Santa will know some personal information about the children/child and will surprise them with this information whilst in his grotto. We always try our very best to relay this information to the children, however we must advise that Santa may from time to
    time not read this information in the way that a parent / guardian has envisaged or expects, In these circumstances we can not be held responsible.
  • You must comply with all instructions from Elf Town staff at the Location, plus applicable health and safety rules and any security requirements in place from time to time.
  • In exceptional cases, our staff reserve the right to refuse entry to individuals to the Experience, or remove those who have already been admitted, if in their reasonable opinion, the presence of those individuals is likely to create any health and safety or security concerns or considerably lower the enjoyment of other guests. Each booking must contain at least one Child and one Adult. You will not be permitted access to Elf Town Dublin on your visit date unless there is at least one Child and one Adult in attendance.
  • You must arrive no less than 10 minutes before your booked ticket time. This is to ensure enough time to get your party checked in and ready for your journey.
  • If you arrive very early you may need to wait for your entry time.
  • For parties arriving late. We will try our very best to get you in on the next available slot but please be aware this may take some time.
  • Personalised postal Invitations and Golden tickets will be sent by post. Contact us if you do not receive them and we can take appropriate action.
  • Please note that CCTV is in operation throughout the Elf Town Experience.
